A new business gateway to the South - Dunsbury Park is a major new business park which will create 3,500 jobs.
The design team was asked to create a brand for this unique business park which combines all of its important selling points of location, industrial & natural setting and the versatility of the site. The brand had to be eye catching, corporate, and one to be taken seriously.
The logo combines the softness of the natural with the hard angles of industrial. It was a collaboration between me and the design manager.
I have since designed various items for Dunsbury Park, including a brochure, a website (which was project managed and developed together with a web developer), a full marketing suite exterior painting, a 3 minute video incorporating live footage with motion graphics and CGI, and various other signage and digital materials.
The business park was recognised as business park of the year in 2017 for marketing their business park by new initiatives, maintain high occupancy levels, and consistently receive positive feedback from tenants.
